Another rare sight to behold at last within this update! (Very long overdue, I know...)

CHANGELOG - 
RARE STEWIE IS HERE WITH HIS OWN UNIQUE SOUNDS! Available until the next MAJOR update and can be unlocked at Level 3!

(Rare Peter, Lois & Brian are for now disabled... until the next major update!)

Several characters have been revamped and was given some new sounds as well! (The first part mentioned means that future misunderstandings about certain elements will be prevented because of this change.)

GRIFFIN ISLAND FINALLY HAS A NEW VERSE AT THE END!!!!

General balance and slight minor improvements.
